Meet Our Fly-Fishing Lead Guide:

Todd Winslow

Todd's passion has always been fly fishing. He is a Colorado native who has spent his entire life fishing the rivers, streams, and lakes of his home state. He is retired from a career in construction management and is now fulfilling his lifelong dream of being a fly-fishing guide. Todd's passion extends far beyond just taking a client fishing. He strives to teach his clients all aspects of fly-fishing from the function of the rod and casting to the proper way to rig a rod for variety of fishing situations. He educates his clients about the trout's habitat,

how to read the water to locate fish, and the basic life cycles of the insects that inhabit the rivers of the Colorado mountains. When he's not guiding trips, Todd can be found fishing on the river with his two dogs or taking veterans fishing with the non-profit Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing.

Garrison Gates (aka “G”)

Originally from Sacramento and now guiding out of Granby, Garrison grew up fishing the American River and never looked back. He’s all about sharing that passion—especially with beginners—and lives for the moment when someone hooks their first trout on the fly.

Garrison is CPR and first-aid certified and knows the waters of Grand County like the back of his hand. When he’s not guiding, he’s skiing, golfing, or managing properties throughout Grand County.

Brady Wettlaufer

Based in Granby, Colorado, Brady Wettlaufer runs one of the finest guided fishing services in Grand County. Whether it’s casting a fly on a quiet mountain stream or trolling deep waters for lake trout, Brady brings unmatched passion and knowledge to every trip.

His love for fishing began in the lake country of Minnesota and eventually led him to the legendary Blue Mesa Reservoir in Gunnison, Colorado, where he mastered both big-lake tactics and ice fishing for Kokanee salmon.

Brady went on to launch Steamboat Fishing Adventures in Steamboat Springs, offering night fishing trips and luxury icehouse experiences that redefined what a fishing trip could be. Along the way, he racked up tournament wins, collaborated with top outdoor brands, and explored some of the most remote fishing destinations on the planet.

Now, his focus is on creating memorable, world-class fishing adventures—whether you're new to the sport or a seasoned angler. One cast with Brady, and you'll be hooked.
